This event is actors honoring actors, which means the red carpet and the
audience are full of — you guessed it — actors. None of those other
guilds will get in the way of those fabulous celebs and their terrific
gowns (the not-so-terrific ones, too, 'cause that's part of the fun).
Remember, the SAG Awards recognize best ensemble casts in lieu of having
best picture and best TV series categories.
