Two games from the second round of this season’s FA Cup will be broadcast live on TV this afternoon.
From 12.05pm, ITV1 will begin their coverage of Milton Keynes Dons v AFC Wimbledon from the Stadium mk.
The hosts were renamed in 2004 after their controversial move from London to Milton Keynes, while their opponents were formed by Wimbledon supporters opposed to the relocation of the club when it was first mooted in 2002 and originally entered the league structure in the ninth tier of English football.
This is the first meeting between the two sides, and though the clubs are now separated by just a single division, the home team go into the match as strong favourites.
Adrian Chiles will present the coverage with commentary from Clive Tyldesley and Andy Townsend. Kick-off 12.30pm..
